SafeNet Kurdistan is an independent community support platform. Our purpose is to provide guidance, resources, and a reporting mechanism for online harassment and abuse, particularly on the TikTok platform.

**IMPORTANT: SafeNet Kurdistan is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with TikTok or its parent company, ByteDance. We are a separate, community-led entity. Submitting a report through our Service does not guarantee any action by TikTok. We forward information and provide support, but all final content moderation and account action decisions are made exclusively by TikTok's official Trust and Safety teams.**

3. User Responsibilities and Conduct
As a user of the Service, you agree to the following:
- You will provide accurate and truthful information to the best of your ability when submitting a report.
- You will not use the Service to submit malicious, false, or harassing reports.
- You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- You will not attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the website, its servers, or its data.

4. Intellectual Property
All content created and provided by SafeNet Kurdistan, including text, graphics, logos, and guides, is the property of SafeNet Kurdistan and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. SafeNet Kurdistan makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service.

In no event shall SafeNet Kurdistan, its volunteers, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from any action or inaction by TikTok or any other third party. These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
